Though there are some things that need to change, especially for me personally, I do love working with this company. We embrace and celebrate diversity and being a "bleeding heart liberal" (as my dad calls me), that is a huge attribute.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The entire department of individuals with the same title as mine are paid significantly more than me. It's incredibly unjust.
