What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The equality of everything for all employees, and everyone is amazing. The different ERGs show a huge impact of what TP as a company really cares about.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that I work hard and I deserve to earn my worth but right now that does not reflect through my pay rate. The amount of my effort, time, and dedication that goes into each work day after 5 years should demonstrate my pay rate should be much higher.
