TP has been where I grew up. I always felt confident here. Lately though with changes over night I no longer feel confident

My Management team goes above and beyond for their staff

They are my Family, and created a home away from home

The core team is fighting for change and to make things better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay that matched my job description and my tenure with the company being here 10 years and only making $2 more

I have been here 10 years and worked up positions and hold Mutiple titles yet people who have been here a year are being paid the same for less work. I got a 5 on my yearly evaluation and got .96....Whoop.
