What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Knowing how to question their decision and knowing how to trust the department heads. We must accompany those who are in difficulty instead of pushing them to leave. Be a leader who trusts his teams and pushes them to surpass themselves.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Seeing so many employees resign without seeing a really concrete action plan from the direction is quite disappointing. There is also the missing of cohesion between departments. To have an action plan to which each department brings their share of bricks to improve things.
