talk to employees and understand what is going on around them

they try to have a closer relationship with some of their colleagues

since 2016 I have the same salary 750€, I was "promoted"

since 2017 I have the same salary, there was a salary restructuring in the team in which only I was left out. I'm in the middle of two departments where I feel I'm not part of either
