Great experience so far! inclusion and having more women representativity in management roles would be strong point. We need to work together on being more competitive on the market in terms of salaries. Happy to work in our company!

The effort to push for inclusion. The clear goals of the company. The lack of micro-management from senior leadership

The fact we look at talent and not at racial, sexual orientation, or anything that is related only to that person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More aligned with the company goals. Incentives for CCM role and above are not aligned with current goals and bringing business to the company brings nothing as a financial incentive. I still believe TP Portugal underpays
