Its just ok, while there may areas where I feel challenged, but sometimes I do feel that my contributions are not noticed.

Very inclusive as to race, gender, beliefs, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The basic salary. Since there are not much other non-monetary benefits being granted by the Company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Oftentimes are just focused on the operations group and the support department (except for HR) are felt left out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very competent and has sense of urgency. I feel that my team is like my second family.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sometimes, I feel that when you don't voice out about one's progression/promotion in the company, the leaders think that we are contended with where we are. So, I feel the in order for people to get promoted, you really have to seek it out and be vocal about it.
