What makes you most happy at work?

My team and my manager work hand-in-hand to achieve our business goals.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They equip my team to deliver the business goals. They are our advocates.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

People have slow email response time and completion time of the requests is mostly very slow. Example: communication poster request takes 2 weeks at a minimum. It also usually takes multiple follow-up emails before they respond attributing to waste of time.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

1. The balanced advocacy of the work from home set up. 2. Their internal promotion process has integrity. 3. The presence of bonus scheme based on revenue for the support group. 4. Providing technical working group support to achieve our innovative ideas.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is a need to review the increase in the geo coverage against our salary because it was not part of the signed contract that one will cover multiple countries with that base pay. Also why does a mobile or communication allowance require a phone bill and receipt upload before they reimburse us?
