Clear in setting KPI goals and following through results

What makes you most happy at work?

To see the team and work with them in the production area

What are some of the best things about your team?

Resilience, patience, hard working. Although internally hired profiles fall short with leadership fundamentals / analytics, they do learn but of course it would take time.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Work life balance. Allow team members to go on leave for a longer period of time e.g. 1 week instead of 2 days, worst cancelling leave requests applied a month prior

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Base pay increase especially that we are handling multiple sites and businesses. I personally invested my own money to take COPC and Six Sigma Certification to be able to meet client expectations
