Overall team members are treated fairly by other workstreams such as HR. Although as a company we would need to improve on machine deployment processes, technical resource hiring, payroll - as these affects the motivation of our team members

To see the team and work with them in the production area
What are some of the best things about your team?
Resilience, patience, hard working. Although internally hired profiles fall short with leadership fundamentals / analytics, they do learn but of course it would take time.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Work life balance. Allow team members to go on leave for a longer period of time e.g. 1 week instead of 2 days, worst cancelling leave requests applied a month prior
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base pay increase especially that we are handling multiple sites and businesses. I personally invested my own money to take COPC and Six Sigma Certification to be able to meet client expectations
