Child care facility/reimbursement is not provided and is to be taken care on a personal level which heavily impacts the earning. Salary benchmarking should be done to solve internal and external disparity and to retain meritocratic employees

Market Compensation benchmarking study to be done, and salary to be corrected as per the span of control, roles, responsibilities, initiatives and value adds I bring to the team. RnRs and Retention bonus for meritocratic employees to strengthen performing pool.
