What are some of the best things about your team?

Collaboration, all highly skilled, help each other

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Our CS team has no accountability.

What makes you most happy at work?

The 22nd of each month

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to the employees and the market instead of each other

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We can work remotely and don't need to attend large meetings anymore

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

This companies culture from Daniel down is terrible. Hugely political, ton of back biting, can't wait to leave it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When we earn incentive compensation don't put so much effort into reducing it, and it's not OK for Executives to just say "do a split" when the work increases and the compensation decreases because it's shared. If the company wants two people involved in an opportunity, pay two people.
