Clarity and honesty. Clarity about the challenges and the actions to be in place. Honesty because not ever those actions are easy but it's clear what the company priorities are.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Understanding the global economic context, it's been clear that for the same rule/responsibility the market is paying above. Not saying that I would like to move, because I see Teleperformance as my Job, but also as more than a simple job. I love the company and my job.
