I've had a positive experience working for 15+ years at my company. It values innovation and community. I feel fortunate to be part of a supportive organization and look forward to continuing to work alongside my colleagues.

The workload, the work/life balance today is almost zero.

We are able to comunicate each other, trust one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation in my country has been rising, my responsabilities have been increased, some of my direct reports have had increases but my compensation stays the same.
