TP is changing fast in the recent times, but not versus the better. the org is becoming burocratic and slow in taking any decsion. often managers have reached position way higher than their competences, and this creates issues quite often. some leaders are too old (EU) and there is too much politics

the clever people I am interacting with, mainly the peers and my team

less burocracy, faster decision, more competent managers, less favoritism/nepotism and more attention to the results brought

the way Agustin Grisanti approaches the business, straightforward and linked to the figures. I love the way Miranda communicates as well
