I am not paid market value, Directors should be on the same benefit plan as VP's, not agents

Regarding VP and above, leadership skills, transparency, clear vision and how to get there, bring people up not put them down, gossip amoung senior leaders, too many bosses, simple appreciation

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

COO is not a team player, micromanages everyone and everything, makes everyone feel as they are not performing well. Vision not clear, cannot communicatie vision, get a new COO
