Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
May tenure with TP, knowledge and understanding of TP processes, I believe should land to me mid to high range in the market. I will say I was severely underpaid for a very long time and there have been efforts to correct that in the last year. However, I'm still not where I should be
