TP has provided me a Sense of belonging, Trust in colleagues & General feeling of work happiness. This has been very hard to achieve in the past companies (needless to say all fortune 500) that I have been with.

The leadership team drives forward with passion, enthusiasm, inspiration and motivation. They Acknowledge, appreciate and give due credit fostering positive environment and culture.

The leadership, is all encompassing. They take into account my sentiments, provide me with the flexibility to do my job & above all I am treated with respect.

My team communicate well with each other. Their interactions are focused on goals and results. Having mutual respect, common and aligned goals, open communication, and patience makes them a successful team.

Performing actions that are meaningful for me. The challenge of getting it done & doing it right the first time. The wonderful coffee & even more wonderful team members. Thats what makes me happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our diversity and commitment to the society. Immigrants, refugees, people with disabilities, different sexual preferences & orientation and those living below the poverty line are all welcome into TP helping us create meaningful employment opportunity. This along with COTP & COTW initiatives.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to build synergies between our different units. The geo leadership needs to align & enable global business perspectives. With multiple geos managing same client we provide a feeling of many Teleperformance that a client needs to deal with rather than a single unified Entity.
