We work from home more now, but we stay connected using virtual tools. Every month our CEO does monthly sessions to give us updates on what is going on within our company.
Since late last year the culture in the USA has changed, we look at solving problems together with all stack holders. We still have some work to do when it comes to “pointing fingers”
In TPUSA the CEO, EVPs, VP, Directors, and Managers are all focused on employee experience and removing roadblocks. My only concern is we lack having a unified KPI portal that any employee can review, regardless of position, that could show us how we are performing on the top metrics that matter.
