flat hierarchies. People know what they talk about. Always in for efficiencies.

I don't have any perks or benefits. Might be that my country has a lot of benefits by law, like health insurance.

Of course the pressure is high (delivery and success) but the natural way of coaching and the human touch at the same time make it an exceptional employee experience
