This is where I grew and for this, I will forever be thankful

It has been a journey of ups, downs, questioning, confidence and character building, tears, laughter, making friends and finding out who the real friends were, recognizing talent , learning from the best

I will foever be thankful of the experiences, learnings and opportunities I have been priviledged with in my TP journey

It's a culture where people help each other even if they don't know each other. It's a culture of camaraderie, synergy and togetherness.

Culture is competitive. Most folks are after results/outcomes and is very client-centric. It's always about getting things done, driven by demanding yet inspiring leaders most of the time.

I think the pay is par with market standards, however, I believe we can do better with benefits - medicine allowance and a retirement plan considering the nature of the work

They are human... the consider, they feel, the know how to have fun and when to have fun... i actually look up to them and are inspired by them in many aspects... they love.

It is enough to allow myself and my family to live comfortably. Everyone would wish for higher rates for sure, but what I have right now gives me ample peace of mind that I don't come looking for the next meal or means to pay the bills, etc.

My team is fairly new and is a growing one. We have recently been transferred to a different leadership too. Despite these, the team manages to remain intact and supportive of each other. Our work as PMs and OPEX Managers is very time consuming yet we're allowed to manage our days-that's balance
