
I have been in TP for 10 years and really love my team but dont feel valued regardless of the results achieved in these 10 years.
I have been here for 11 years and it is a great company, it is not for everyone as it is very challenging and fast pace
I have been here for almost 11 years and don't see myself anywhere else, but TP is definitely not for everyone, high pace work, critical thinking and planning and managing large global clients is not easy

I get salary revisions every 3-4 years, and I am under compensated for my responsibilities, plus direct reports under Me make more money than Me.
I am grateful to have this job and allow me to pay bills so salary wise is not bad but I dont have any other perk
I feel that everytime I get compensated with more responsibilities, promotions or money it is bcs I beg for it, there is no proactive appreciation, dont feel valued.
I get salary reviews every 4 to 5 years and it is clear that some of my direct reports make more money than I do with a lot less responsibilities
