we have worked together for years and each person pulls their weight, no slackers.

They listen and are concerned about the experience our agents on the front line are receiving.

clearly defined goals to reach what is expected and then you are rewarded with your annual increases.

Hard working and willing to step up and do what it takes to get the job done. self-motivated.
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling I get at the end of the day that I have accomplished my "to do's" for the day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
since many of us have move to WAH positions, we utilize teams meeting to the fullest. this still make you feel like you are part of the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
we are all part of the team and they feel that the most important element is to make sure our agents are happy and enjoy their job, after all, that is what make the company.
