What is the best part about your compensation package?
currently I feel that wages need to be adjusted for the leadership levels on the CS side of the house similar to the way it was done for operations
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that all senior leadership teams should participate in salary benchmarking to evaluate our current salary versus the industry and based on performance adjust our salary to meet the current market trends

I feel the CS team should be included in a market wage evaluation similar to the process that was done for Operations. The CS team has not participated and my team's compensation is on the lower end of the ranges. HealthCare for me personally is a pain point. Cost for the benefit mix is too high.
