I really like my job, im Passioned about my work and i enjoy the people ive met in this company. However sometimes Im frustrated because I dont have good tools to do my work or my team to use (D365 and SVP) and I feel Pressured to foster the ise of these tools eventhough they dont work consistently.

My experience in TP has been a wild roller coaster... you can never be sure of whats comming in front... but Im enjoying the ride and the view!

Of qe are talking about Daniel Julien and direct reports I like they drive for good changes in the company to achieve the next level.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They adapt and are very approachable. However, we need to have more f2f interaction to create bonding and have travel access. It has been so limited for procurement.
