Market wise TP is the company that pays less to the staff positions such as Ams and Directors, generating disconformity among their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have a very strong partnership with each other, the AMs are always looking to support each other, now from the Directors team, they mind their own business even when I try to interact with them.
