overall my experience has been amazing. i have been here 15 years and this is what makes me stay. i have had many opportunities to shine within the company and i take advantage of that. I do feel we need a better recognition program for tenure. i hit 15 years and did not receive 1 shout :(

Overall i have been very satisfied with TP. I have been here 15 years and have no plans on leaving. I have help many positions within TP and have felt very successful in each. there are bad months, but it is how we grow from those months to have successful future months!!!! XOXO

We are all family. We can rely on each other for help.
What makes you most happy at work?
Success!!! Success or my agents, leaders and management. i love seeing our people grow to new levels at work!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are knowledgeable and always there when i have questions. They care about our employees no matter what the title.
What makes you most happy at work?
building my team up to the next leaders in the company but sharing best practices. Direct, inspect, correct, perfect the process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
team meetings are great. we build relationships that build a strong culture enviornment. love the increase in our ERG groups as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
time off. the benefits for time off are great, the longer you are with the company the more you get until you max out at 5 weeks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a big family. i spend more time with my coworkers then my family, so it is nice to have these folks that i consider to be my family. building relationships with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
i feel i am paid in comparison to other leaders. i am not a fan of the new management yearly raises as i feel like we are still trying to maintain a certain % and those that deserve more are only getting the 3%.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I dont think we have mastered the WAHA culture to ensure our employees feel that they work at TP (not the clients they support). But the environment on sites, this is where we shine. i love seeing all the interaction between employees and the fun to be had at work.

the leadership team this past year has been very intune to what is needed to keep our sups and up. with the increase to market on wages for sups and up. also, the amount of face time by all leaders has increased from the past years. clearly explaining TP goals and aligning us all where we need to
