It has been a good experience. I feel welcomed and excited about the opportunity to disrupt a very traditional industry/ company. As a new employee, I definitely find areas of opportunities in the onboarding process to make it more effective, amicable, and empathic.

My experience has improved dramatically after passing the onboarding stage. I love my job in the T&S organization, but I do think there is an opportunity to integrate global roles into local operations. Sometimes it feels like stranded people without a clear connection to local operation.

Definitely the money compensation. It is not very clear what are the perks, beyond health package.

Based on the role Im currently performing, how the market is evolving, and the economical situation of the region/country where Im based, there is an imbalance in my salary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best part is that everyone is committed to fostering a positive culture. People understand and trust that the way we work is the right path and that creates a positive loop of reinforcement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no precise alignment between the current scope of work, market value, and salary/benefits. Other considerations like currencies, exchange rates and contextual changes of the markets does not seem to be take into account.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is well prepared - People I work with really understand their field and are always ready to teach others, but also have the ability to raise their hands when they need help or do not know something.
