My team does a great job of interacting with everyone no matter what the level and works cohesively towards overall company/client success.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Our insurance benefits are well below standard both from an upfront cost perspective to the insurance itself with the additional out of pocket costs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The overall ability for promotions is not consistent. The insurance benefits and bonus structure both need work. The bonus plans should have the ability for waivers for various situations out of control of managers.
