Work as a Team. All are team players and focused on the wider goal then just their individual goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The remuneration is not at par with some others at the same level even though the work handled is much more than others. However, this is often compensated with other perks / incentives which is good
