Prior to 2021, I was satisfied with TP. Since last year, I have been dissatisfied mainly because of my increased responsibility and HC with no additional compensation. I am losing rather than gaining, which does not support my personal goals.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Over the past year, I have been doing work of 2 people but never got additional compensation for it. Both programs have grown significantly. I want to be appropriately compensated based on my HC and scope of responsibility.
