They live up to their promise that they can be reached by employees of different levels. There is no red tape when it comes to communication especially when dealing with employee concerns. There is no leader like a TP Leader!

Very resilient and dependable. This is especially evident during the pandemic. The whole team pitched in to help each other and ensure that no one is left behind. Everyone is committed to provide their best effort towards the company's goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to interact with other people in the site and taking advantage of the employee development opportunities being offered by the company. Working with a great team is a major plus that makes me happy just thinking about going to the office.
