My leaders are very emotionally intelligent. They know how to adjust just to understand your take and acknowledges ideas even from associates! I love TP!

My superiors are really acting as Leaders that guides and teaches us to be a better employee than ever, not bosses who just mandates tasks and I love it! I love TP <3

My Manager, she inspires me with her work ethics and willingness to work. She also is displaying the best leadership skills so far from all the superiors I have been working with before.

My immediate manager and my senior manager are at their best since I stepped in HR as an associate until today as a specialist they are still so hands on and making sure they bring out the best of their employees
