I have a great manager who is family oriented and treats us like her own children. She definitely challenges me to be better at my tasks.

The environment makes me feel like I matter to this company and not just a replaceable employee.

knowing that I will be paid so I can provide the needs of my family and child.

The most positive culture I have observed at this company so far is the constant programs the Funncomm proposes for all employees.

They offer us support by giving considerations when it comes to us making mistakes knowingly that the mistake made will not be repeated.
