My personal experiences are good as i am competitive and really aims at proving myself. However, I still feel poor with my salary. Im hoping that TP will finally realize to be competitive in the BPO market. I feel underpaid with my current position. Everything has gone uo, except our salariea, sad.

My Direct Superiors care about mw, listen to me and support me and my Team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
TP's salary or compensation package is one if not tbe lowest in the country/city. Most of the time applicants look at us and apply to us as a training ground or an area for them to gain experience. My salary as a Sr Manager is equivalent to a Supervisor only in other BPOs.
