we are all work hard, never mind overtime in frequently, good cooperation each other.

we are encourage staff respect each other, help each other. we give the best work place to production floor, and try our best to provide the best environment to them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
we have a lot of pressure for the company EBIT because is not good for now, we need to face a lot of explanation when we have the meeting with top level.
