Over experience it's OK people are nice however I think we need to improve Youth on the compensation part so I think that's the biggest motivation of the factor a biggest motivational factor of every employee

If comparing it to the other company's compensation I'm really behind It would make it better if we can increase the compensation from agent end up especially now that The account is no longer just a technical support but also a sales account
