I am always thankful with tp despite of the low salary however the leaders in the account itself were quiet complicated and not too inspiring. No proper task management, some leaders are too bombarded with unnecessary task instead of using such time with their agents

At least an increase in salary and timely provision of incentives

Due process in every violation, just judgement from HR. other leaders just have to also assess the situation properly and avoid favoritism
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Genuine care for people. Happy employee would remain not just for salary but for environment and benefits. Not just for agents but all employees for whichever position even in leaders or first liner managers/sups.
