Maybe you should ask the higher management for this question. They know the answer.

Just pay us generously, give us the incentive in timely manner. No delays please. More incentive to come

Whatever the demand is employees can always adapt in due time but it is better if we are paid well-generously.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I cant do that. We are treated unfair. So how could you expect good results. In the end of the day agents are the aggravated ones

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For many years that I've been working in this company, keep adding LOBs which out of contact that i signed up, and pressures on our shoulder but in terms how we are paid is the same. Which i find it so unfair and unjust.
