TP has invested in my development throughout the 11 years. It has been very exciting working with many programs. The challenge is the long working hours (and weekend outages) impacting family life

I dont feel undervalued but it was just a comparison to other call centers

Achieving progress against the new challenges as we started 2023. The great teamwork and commitment by the team members

Mentorship and Clear Goal Setting. Team Awesome 2.0 works as a synergized team and promotes a positive atmosphere where everyone helps each other

When group discussions happen and folks are pitching in on a plan. The Openness. Recognition of the individual's value. Also when financial goals are met.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its more about the work hours. Since Covid happened, we've been stretching work hours beyond 12 hours as the norm and on occassion, do 18 hours, impacted as well by meeting schedules
