Nobody feels excitement to go to work knowing that you handled wide scope of customer concerns yet compensation is very minimal. TP really needs to upgrade salary level and provide better incentives.
The leaders need to give value to their subordinates. They keep pressuring everyone without considering their actions which is beyond all negative words you can think of. To provide great results management must take actions to deploy break and lunches right on time. We're humans and not robots
Several metrics to meet and incentive schemes are very poor. Why don't you check with other company's with their technical account and how agents are paid. Agents do all the hard work interacting with customers yet we don't get paid what we worked for. Higher level gets paid great while we are not.
