Normalize transparency and fair treatment. Let's stop making people feel we are managing them out or ignore whenever they open up feedback and suggestions.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We can stop all back and forth callout for not meeting or exceeding the goal. Instead we open the table for collaboration and team work. Let us be mindful that quality of employees output also depends on their leaders.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Year 2014 TP is just 1 out of 4 big call centers here in Davao. However, with the current market of skills and competition of centers people are leaving due due practical reasons (cost of living and weekly increase of oil is happening)TP needs to step in order to retain more people.
