Most of the time Agents has better or higher Compensation per cut-off or every pay day than Team Leaders, as new as 30 - 60 days tenure, they can earn as much as 14-16k for one cut-off. TP's based pay for TLs are far way lower compared to other BPO Nationwide and even Citywide.
