They are the best teammates I could ever have. Even when I'm gonna leave the company in the future, our interactions will always be memorable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to current inflation and price increase with the necessities, my current compensation may not last with the current trend. The annual increase was lower than the inflation rate. In the long run, my current compensation may be no longer enough or sustaining.
