What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As far as culture is concerned I like its focus to excellence. Environment in the company I like that everyone challenges each other to do their very best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Bonuses based on your performance, and the team collectively reaching the KPI are nice boosters to promote performance. However a pay increase for agents in difficult and demanding tasks would be a nice marketing ploy to attract potential hires and may also be a way to retain employees.
