Overall TP is a great company to work for but you get out of it what you put into it. If you are just looking for a paycheck it will work but if you are looking for a career and you engage with the company it's one of the best companies I have worked for in the last decade.

Completing projects and pushing forward the work we are doing at the company.

Our vision package is excellent. I have my glasses renewed every year and can always get a second pair of back up glasses.

We have a heavy focus on employee engagement. If you are willing to participate TP really focuses on the feedback from our employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I greatly enjoy working with my team because they are focused on improvement and we spend a good amount of time talking through our development of skills and knowledge.
