I've been with TP for 15 years. That's only because my friends make work fun. But TP is extremely poor at rewarding tenure. They hired people who has the same job as I do, but they're paid more than me. Why is this the case?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I celebrated my 15th year with TP last February. All I got was an ugly pin, a printed certificate, and $100. Is this how TP rewards tenure and loyalty? We keep hiring from the outside. They do the same job as we do but they get paid double. That doesn't sound fair to me.
