We work as a team/family. We care and look out for each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
This was a hard question to answer... no I am not typically happy to go to work nor am I unhappy to do so. It's basically become a means and although I enjoy what I do and how I work with the companies overall appreciation is disheartening.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is at an all time low and not even keeping up with the high cost of living. Our medical benefits leave much to desire. Between the two we are barely making ends meet. My loyalty to my group and the fact that we are a good team to work for is the only thing keeping me with the company.
