Started as Quality Supervisor directly. Learned quite a lot more than 5 years in my previous job. Being in TP gave me the motivation and a "list "of skills that i had to develop to succeed from manager to director. It's been a wonderful journey and the learning and personal growth is not stopping!

Market values are higher. Support functions are not valued for the work they produce.

Value of service not compatible with salary. Benchmark with competitors. CNX, cognizant, accenture, majorel...

invested in finding solutions, while allowing their team liberty to decide on how the solutions should be executed but always with guidance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With the right attitude, we don't need to push people to want to learn. Our "way" pushes us naturally twards learning and wanting to be better!
