In the 10 years I've been working for TP I had the chance to play different roles and in all of them I got lucky to always find a good team to work with. I continue to learn different skills and to develop myself and I like to think I am part of what makes or company on of the best in the world.

I like to know my work matters. that it has a positive impact on other people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having people from different backgrounds is a big plus in Teleperformance and have the chance to know them is really great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We always help each other. And we are willing to learn form each other. If I need them, I know I can count with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the way they motivate us to be part of the team and that together we can reach company goals and make TP an even greater place to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation doesn't always keep up with our professional growth and responsibilities. When we show, with our work, that we are growing and helping the company I think fair compensation should come along.
