I've seen it grow exponentially over the years. Though I still love the company, it no longer feels like a family. It is much more political than it has even been before, and we are being driven harder than ever before. Everything is considered high priority which will lead to burnout.

There is an energy and drive to always win more and be better.

I have a lower base salary than my peers and I perform better than some of them.
